Your Custom Hat
Once you place your order, we'll create your pet's final patch design and email it to you within [1–2] days.
You'll have the chance to review your design and request any changes before we print it. We won't print or ship your hat until you've approved the final version.
We offer unlimited revisions to your design.
Please request any changes within 3 days of receiving your design or your latest revision. Once your design has been approved or sent to print, we can no longer make changes or cancel your order.
Printing & Shipping
Shipping is free on every order. After you approve your design, we print and ship your hat within [3–5] business days.
Estimated shipping times:
- USA: [3–7] business days
- Canada: [7–14] business days
- UK: [7–14] business days
- Australia: [10–20] business days
- New Zealand: [10–20] business days
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your hat ships. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.
